Justin Bieber has been picked up by police in Miami for drag racing and driving under the influence.The teen singer has spent the past few days partying in Miami Beach, and it seems his team blocked off part of a road so he and rapper Khalil could drag race.
Justin was caught driving 55 and 60 MPH in a 30 MPH residential area. Police believe he was under the influence of both drugs and alcohol.
According to the police report, via TMZ, Justin “made statements he had consumed some alcohol, been smoking marijuana and consumed some prescription medication."
He blew .04 on a breathalyser test, which as a 19 year old puts him over the limit in Florida. The drinking age in the US is 21.
He was rude to the police, initially putting his hands on the car when asked but later removing them. He yelled at the cops "Why the f**k are you doing this?" and "What the f**k did I do. Why did you stop me?"
Justin was taken away by the police, and he made an appearance before a judge where his bail was set at $2500.
Like the It Girls of the mid 2000s, Justin now has his very own mugshot. Let’s hope he doesn’t add any more to the collection.
